The video features some of the work of Jamaican photographer Peter Dean Rickards – the man behind The Afflicted Yard. I have to admit, this video is transcending all barriers for music when it comes to Reggae, Dancehall, and Electronic genres. I love it!!

I like Jah Cure’s voice and music, but is it me or it seems like since he has been out of prison the buzz on him is not as big? I mean you have to admit he makes great music, and he is one of the top reggae artistes on the scene since Bob Marley in terms of positive music. Now I must admit that I love my Jamaican Football(soccer) team, but these past couple of years we have flopped beyond flopping. I want to know what the heck is going on down in Jamaica as far as the team goes.
Anyways, back to last night’s game. So I watched basically the whole thing from beginning to end on the Telemundo channel (don’t ask why…lol); but it finally dawned on me that although I love love love my national team, they probably and most likely will never get far again. so finally, one player managed to score for us. Mr. Omar Cummings scored with a flick of his right foot in the 70th minute and Jamaica beat El Salvador 1-0 Friday to keep alive its hopes of advancing to the quarterfinals of the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
